Korean Gochuchang Wings!
These wings are a healthy alternative to the fried, battered, or drenched in butter + red hot sauce wings most people find themselves eating. They’re super simple to make but even more super delicious.
I washed the wings and had them standing in a colander to dry for a few hours before putting on my marinade.
Gochuchang Korean Marinade:
- Minced ginger and garlic
- Dark soy sauce
- Rice wine vinegar
- Gochuchang
- Honey
- Sesame oil
- Oil (I used Canola since that’s what we had on hand)
- Red pepper flakes/Cayenne pepper
All of this tossed together for some time and thrown on a lightly greased pan in the oven at 350 degrees for ~ 40 minutes, sprinkle some lightly toasted sesame seeds and freshly chopped green onion and BAM, you got these babies 🙂
