Simple and quick! Two keywords for deciding on what to make your surprise guests something yummy but filling! This is a pretty much less than 10 minutes & 5 ingredients type of meal, but it never fails to please 🙂

What you’ll need:

  • Spiralizer
  • Zucchini
  • Cajun seasoning
  • Rotisserie chicken
  • Half and Half
  • Parmesan or a roux
  • S&P to taste

Steps:

  1. Spiralize some Zucchini to make your veggy noods. I do about 2 for 3 people.
  2. Tear up some of your rotisserie chicken
  3. Add your chicken into a pan with the drippings of the rotisserie chicken.
  4. Put a generous amount of your cajun seasoning (make sure there’s no salt in your blend, otherwise be less generous to reduce sodium intake) and saute.
  5. Pour in some half and half
  6. Thicken with parmesan or with a roux. S&P to taste.
  7. Pour over your veg noodles and serve immediately or serve chilled. Both are delicious 🙂

Voila! You can sub out half and half for some whole milk if you’re tryna watch that cream intake 🙂
